LuaCode ("the App") is a Roblox Lua scripting education app. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App.

The following data may be collected automatically by the App and its integrated third-party SDKs:

• Device identifiers — advertising ID (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), device model, OS version
• IP address — used to determine approximate geographic region for ad targeting; not stored by us
• App usage data — which screens are viewed, how long sessions last, in-app events (e.g., lesson completions)
• Ad interaction data — ad impressions, clicks, and revenue events reported by the ad network

3 How We Use Information

Automatically collected data is used for:

• Displaying relevant advertisements to keep the App free
• Measuring ad performance and optimizing fill rates
• Understanding aggregate usage patterns to improve content
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4 Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

The App is free and is supported by advertising. We use AppLovin MAX as our ad mediation platform, which connects to multiple ad networks. These networks may use your device's advertising identifier to serve personalized ads.

iOS — App Tracking Transparency

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests permission to track your activity via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your IDFA. You may deny this permission; you will still receive ads, but they may be less relevant.

Android — Advertising ID

On Android, you can reset or opt out of ad personalization via Settings → Google → Ads.

5 Children's Privacy

The App is designed for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us using the details below and we will promptly delete such information.

6 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access & portability — request a copy of data held about you
• Deletion — request erasure of your personal data
• Opt-out of personalized ads — disable ad tracking on your device:
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

7 Data Retention

We do not operate our own servers or databases for user data. Any data retained by third-party SDKs is subject to their own retention policies. Ad interaction data is typically retained by ad networks for 13 months for reporting purposes.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
