This Privacy Policy explains how the Hello Piano mobile application (the “App”), developed by Cheicki Décapage (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use it.

Information We Do Not Collect

Hello Piano does not require an account, login, or any personal profile. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email address, or any other personally-identifying information. Your lessons, song progress, favorites, and app settings are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to us.

Advertising

The App displays ads (interstitial, app-open, rewarded, and native ad formats) served through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform, which may work with third-party ad networks (including Meta Audience Network) to select and serve ads.

To do this, AppLovin and its partner networks may automatically collect technical information such as your device’s advertising identifier, device type and operating system, general (non-precise) location derived from IP address, and interactions with the ads shown — used to deliver ads, measure their performance, and limit how often you see the same ad. This processing is governed by the privacy policies of those providers:

You can manage ad personalization through your device’s system settings (e.g. “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android, or “Limit Ad Tracking” / App Tracking Transparency on iOS).

Data Stored on Your Device

The App uses on-device storage to remember your preferences (such as theme, language, and keyboard settings) and your lesson progress. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the App permanently removes this data.

Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for a general audience, including children, and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age. Where required by applicable law (such as COPPA), ads shown to children are limited to those that comply with child-directed advertising standards, including disabling personalized advertising for those users.

Data Deletion

Because the App does not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. Removing the App from your device deletes all locally stored settings and progress.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
